yes it IS 9 prims, and you have to build it. BUT it is an awesome flower and VERY VERY worth every L!

Full Perm sculpted flower 9 means NINE prims not flower number 9. Sorry to say but it is a total waste of time.
I don't know how somebody gives less than 5 for this one, seeing the rate I was almost decided not buying it. I bought it and use it, and honestly the textures themselves worth more.
That is the only reason I'm writing this, please don't rate bad because you don't know how to assemble or texturize objects.
(I don't know the creator, everyone can contact me and see what I've made using this product.
