Sculpted Angel Wing Pendants

I bought these because they were full perm. However they are not. Unlike others who have gotten a hold of the creator I have reached out several times. The website to submit a ticket is also down. Do not buy this. As of 1/14/17 it is still no trans listed under the marketplace as full perm. Not cool man.

Was having issues with the winds being transferable. Creator worked with me to get me a set that I would be able to transfer. Creator was very patient and thoughful as well. Will definitely buy from the creator again.
