Easy Texture mapping: This sculpt will accept nearly any repeating texture and look great.

I decided not to make corners because corners are almost impossible to work with because the edges change angles when resizing. You are much better off simply creatively overlapping the ends if you need to make corners. Perhaps use a corner block to dress them up in the worst case.

These do not need shadow maps as you can see from the pics.

Set up:

Sculpt Map: In edit object tab set the prim type to sculpted, select the mapping for Cylinder then drag the UV Map Texture into the colorful box - the sculpt will take shape. Play with the thickness of the prim and adjust to your needs.
