Like the other review left, i found it a perfect tie in with my build. The textures are really good, i am really impressed with how realistic this looks!

It doesn't have to be off sim.
P4ndor4 does such wonderful work. You can actually walk on this, until you fall in the water. I paired it with the Lakehouse, modded the house railing a little so the pier becomes the walkway to the front door. I made the pier the landing point. Awesome work by a master builder.
