You can change textures, however re-texturing or prim rearrangement is not advised.
Entire demos are full perms in all versions so you can always rez another copy in case you made an accident mistake or want to follow settings of how they are build or texturise.
Didn't work for my project
I really wanted to like these pieces, but they just did not work for what I needed. I wanted a stone frame out for an existing window to give a bit of dimension. When adjusting a slight bit for the size I needed the proportions became a little asymmetrical and didn't look right. There was some unexpected spacing between the stones as well.
Maybe these will work for future project, but for this round these were a no go. The included texture was nice.
