Not enough info in product description
Both the chair and table has a huge bounding box, making it impossible to walk close to them. It is almost impossible to texture these as well as the visible parts of the texture is just like 1/20 of the map. I think this info should be added to the product description as it makes me feel a bit scammed.
Sorry, but I don't think this set is worth the price, at least not for builders. It does look good with the included baked shadow texture but it is too hard to reproduce if you want to make your own textures.
