To make a sculpty with you listed as the creator first rez a prim and in the Object Tab of the Edit Window select Building Block Type: Sculpted. Next, drag the sculpt map into the sculpt texture box which appears underneath.
When constructing your own version of the sculpts, make sure you copy EXACTLY each of the building settings of the included examples to your own version until you are satisfied it matches the desired look.
This includes:
Size X,Y,Z (found under the Object Tab of the Edit Window)
Sculpty Mirror (found under the sculpt map in the Object Tab of the Edit Window)
Sculpty Inside-Out (found under the sculpt map in the Object Tab of the Edit Window)
Sculpty Stitching Type (found under the sculpt map in the Object Tab of the Edit Window)
Texture (found in the Texture Tab of the Edit Window)
Texture Repeats (found in the Texture Tab of the Edit Window)
Texture Rotation (found in the Texture Tab of the Edit Window)
Texture Offsets (found in the Texture Tab of the Edit Window)
Also check other build settings where applicable when constructing your sculpty.

Nice sculpt, nice texture. Looks really good and "lit up" if you make the texture full bright. I'd make this purchase again.
