Scyld's Sack O Snacks

Scyld's Sack 'O Sacks: This pouch is worn on the shoulder and touch activated. When touched, it gives the owner a drop down menu from which they can select either to eat a cookie themselves or or share cookies with folks around (3 points of food restoration either for the owner or those in a 10' radius). The snacks are available every 90 seconds. A munching sound will alert the owner that it is ready to use again, and the button on the bag will re-appear.
