It comes LOCKED. Edit it, go to object, untick "locked". Then do anything you want with it. The one star reviews are from noobs.
You get what you pay for. Buy it for nostalgia's sake, or if you new kids don't know what SL was like in the olden days.
I certainly couldn't give it a five star rave review, nor could I give it one star because the guy is giving it away. Just buy it. It's cool.
Great little underwater cave!
This is a great little cave. Shrank it down just a bit since my avatars tend to be short (true to life for me) and that left me with a small island above water as well! Pirate treasure will surely be found hidden here.

I can understand the frustration if you don't know why you can't do anything with this right out of the box. This cave came 'locked' so it has to be 'unlocked' in order to modify it. To do that go into edit then object tab. Once you have clicked that look right under the object tab is the word locked, uncheck that box and you will be able to modify it. Hope that helps others. =)
