Its a large walk-in closet.
The feeling I get when I enter it is one of suffocation. The camera crashes into the walls at normal range of distance, and the space is really small and full except, for one square area in the middle of the room. The building needs to be bigger, so there is room to breathe. The bathroom and bedroom doors should be solid. Not a great buy, but it is colorful. :-(

For the Single avatar on a 1024 plot this is PERFECT ! Its PG furniture which is nice in a busy sim like ours, and its cute and small and perfect for a single or two people like me and my sister to have! Left plenty of room on our lot for other things, and didnt take up the whole area we had to build on. Which was nice ! ALL THE FURNITURE IS ANIMATED PG ! and easy to move how you want, or remove it if you want, because the builder makes it easy! which is nice and the perfect set up for our friend who has migraines. They can come and sit and hang out and its peaceful. I had to change the texture of the walls outside and it was an easy one step operation. I was able to isolate the chimney smoke and stop it. It's a cute little beach home for us single girls ! Low Prims even with all the furniture and its GREAT ! Dont believe it? Come by my place and I'll show you! were in the Monsoon Bay Area. LOVE THIS HOUSE!!

first I wish I had seen that was an unfurnished version of this house, since I only bought it for the house itself...secondly, I don't understand why there is a door to the bathroom if you put a window in the door??? In the pics the house looks bigger than it is...only useable for 1 regular sized AV or 2 tiny ones. I'd give it 2 1/2 stars
Amazing Quality, Low Prim, Low Price
They say you can't have it all but this purchase met all of my needs. The footprint is small enough for my little island and the quality is truly outstanding. Since the unfurnished version is only $50L less it is a great deal since you are getting 5 rooms of furniture for only $50L extra. I was able to easily remove the furniture groupings that I didn't want because the builder linked objects very logically. I love this rustic, yet contemporary, cabin!

Looks wonderful, but a little too small for my tenants. Also, no couple animations in the bed and shower.

Not sure how this little house got away without any reviews. Its absolutely amazing. Well made with rich texture work and great mesh design. The furnishings are really good looking. While its not quite as modular as I might like a house, that's a personal preference and in no way a negative on the house's quality itself.
