this house is 1 piece and it's 133 prims it also has a 3 prim window controller that u can leave on the wall or wear as a HUD, you can touch the main part of the controller to open blinds, close blinds, semi blinds, or plain texture for the tinting, coloring, shine, alpha, and glow the windows just make sure u choose the 100 alpha option to use the blinds again, the two buttons on the controller r self explanatory, lockable doors for privacy just say lock in main, and they auto open just by walking into them, the two indoor columns r not attatched to the house so they r optional if u wanna save prims or just don't like them and all the pillars have two diff textures just touch each one to get the texture menu to pick one.
