Here is the deluxe edition of Chicago's Willis Tower, formerly known as the Sears Tower. This SL version is made to scale, 527.3 meters tall, just like the real thing.
Even though there are 249 prims, the building only has a land impact of 190.
It features a teleporter system that takes you to 3 different levels. Other levels are accessible via stairs or by flying. At the top of the tower, where the observation deck is on the real tower, is a beautifully decorated 3 floor home.
The tower can be used as a home or a store or mall. The base is 75 X 65 meters. Some megaprims were used, so be sure your region allows them before you purchase this building.
Quality and attention to detail is evident throughout the building, and plenty of custom made textures are used as well. This will have a huge presence on your sim, and the views from up top are simply incredible!

Spectacular build. This thing is HUGE!! It's weird having the inside hollow except for the top floor, but it is still fun. The living quarters section is well done as well. Lots of room for living. And with it being such low prim, you can easily add more floors for other uses (retail, apartments,etc) Plus, the price is a steal. Just FYI, the footprint is a little over 64m x 64m. So keep that in mind when rezzing.
