A large prim build. This is a static ship with no flight physics or attached moving items.
What if you combined a star ship with a submarine ship? You get the Seastar. This could be a space ship with submarine capabilities or just a high tech submarine.
Note: This has a high land impact and is very big!
Two decks. Conning tower with two levels. Several bulkhead sections with doors but no rooms. There is no control system, engines and related. Pretty much an empty ship ready to be equipped. There are spiral stairs for each deck and conning tower. (This is one of the contributors to the high LI ). But they can be removed and add your own access builds.
