Seaviews Cottage is a beautiful two-story one bedroom home with living and kitchen space. It has windows all around the home so you never miss a sunrise or sunset, plus get all the light you need.
Downstairs you have two rooms -- living room area with wooden floor and a kitchen space with tiled floor.The upstairs bedroom is accessed by a semi-wide ladder type stairs. There you will find a room with a wooden floor and built in shelves and closet space with retractable doors.
Then it gets better. Lovely wood accents and a mixture of flat clay tiles along with wood railing gives this home a lot of charm. Exterior and interior walls can be changed with select face. One of the best features is the wrap around porch that will allow you to enjoy the outdoors under a bit of shade. I see a pitcher of lemonade or hot cocoa in your future.

Blown Away!
Great little place. It is resizable by clicking and a menu pops up. Easy as pie.
Decent house but advertised as resizeable and with hud - Nope
I bought this because it said resizable. The item even says with resizing hud. Nope.
