The Secrets Couch is made from sculpted prims with unisex sit animations. The frame is mesh with sculpted elements.

Total Land Impact 12, individual LI as as follows:

Couch = LI 4
Frame = LI 8

The couch and frame are copy and modify permissions so you can edit it as you like to match your home decor. The couch will both show in your inventory as no modify but that is only because the scripts and animations are no modify. This will not affect your ability to edit the prims.
