Don't spend your Lindens
I purchases this and two other "scars" from SeekStore because they looked good in the pics and because it said that they had been "tested" on my body. Well, maybe they work if your avatar never moves. Otherwise they float back and forth between above and inside of you every time you do move at all. Worthless to me.
