This is my largest tree house.
It sits about 30m off the ground & the footprint of the house is about 30x30. *NOTE: Everything in pics IS INCLUDED*
Unlike my other tree houses, this one is in many parts so it is in a RezBox for easy set up.
~It is Copy & Mod so you can change the interior to your liking.
~The whole house over all is 150 prims - house= 109 & tree=41
~A lot of room to do many things, also has a nice size loft for a bedroom with a balcony off the front of it.
~Has 2 large decks, front and back.
I have included a box of low prim furniture which I have made to go with the tree house if you choose. 18 items in all. Everything you see in the pics IS INCLUDED! :)

What more can you ask for at this price? I looked at the most expensive & well why not add our own stuff to our own liking. I love it ty Serene & that other person. Awesome work for small areas.
hi i love the treehouse an all butit would have been so much better if staris come wit it and lockable doors but the house is nice :)
