Not a good vehicle, but a lovely decor item.
As a decorative item, I would give it 5 stars. It is very cute and has a land impact of only 7 (less than advertised).
As a vehicle, I would give it 1 star. It does not handle well. It has no gears and has only one speed - ultra fast - so it is difficult to maneuver. It also has no water effects.
I will enjoy looking at it in my water.
