I would like to clarify that the textures were not planned to be seen from the perspective of the dancer, or actor (from within the set), but rather from the perspective of the audience, that is, with a frontal observation point (for those looking from the outside, from the viewer's point of view). The side, top and bottom textures are purposely distorted to generate this illusion of spaciousness. As if the front opening of the set was just a big window onto the landscape where the show takes place.
I'm sure that in many cases, these sets will only serve as a background, and will receive additions with 3D Mesh content, and that will be very good.
