This is a St.Patricks day themed make up, which comes with 4 different eye shadows and 4 different lipsticks. EVE, Slink, Catwa and the SL avatar can decide to combine which ever lipstick they like with whatever eye shadow within the 4 colours.
The omega only has the combinations of makeup that are in the package. The lipsticks next to the eyeshadows are their combinations. It's by order.
