Shailo country Club
The Shailo has plenty of room for a dance floor, additions for other things too. It's just 73 prims Land Impact, fits on a 31 x 36 Foot prints.
Part mesh/part prim (set to convex hall)
Barrels have sit poses. So many things can be added to the Shailo.

I have been asked a lot of times why i sell my builds so cheap.
I do it because i love what i do, Land prices keep going up. So why should you pay a lot for a home. My homes are of good quality. I cringe on texture flickers. I always go over and over and over again on my builds to assure there are none. But i don't have control of sl roll overs or the way things are rezzed.
All i can say is i try my very best to give the best product i can.
