This home is fully furnished, at 146 prims after rez box is removed
First place the height prim on your land, then set the rez box
containing The Shailmar home, then rez it, this will insure you have
the correct height from the ground. Once the home is rezzed,
click on the button that says click for TV and the Tv will go to its
normal position. All windows Have working Mini Blinds.
Nothing is linked to the main structure of the home, so changing
things out will not be a Issue.

I have been asked a lot of times why i sell my builds so cheap.
I do it because i love what i do, Land prices keep going up. So why should you pay a lot for a home. My homes are of good quality. I cringe on texture flickers. I always go over and over and over again on my builds to assure there are none. But i don't have control of sl roll overs or the way things are rezzed.
All i can say is i try my very best to give the best product i can.
