This is Wisp.
A detailed beautiful gown, with a wide ballroom skirt.
That flows like a cloud around you when you move.
The skirt has a script inside, so that the skirt will fit every size and shape.
If you feel that the skirt is a bit too sheer, just make a copy of the skirt and wear that one too, layer it up :)
The bodice is baked on mesh, system layer.
