The Shediac Bay is a beach style house with a large deck and sliding patio doors that open onto it from both the main living room and the large bedroom. At only 168 prims it can fit on almost any lot.
The deck has long support posts to allow you to place it over water if desired. A set of copyable 1 prims steps is included (the same as the ones at the back door) and can be placed anywhere you like.
The main room features a full kitchen with opening oven and dishwasher doors. The sink fills with water at a touch to the faucet. If not wanted, the kitchen can be deleted after rezzing, saving a total of 52 prims. A river rock fireplace with a touch to light fire is at one end for those chilly nights.
All the windows tint for privacy and there are blinds on all windows and doors. The window tint, doors, and blinds can all be opened, closed, and locked by using a central control panel. The sliding doors are set to remain open until closed but that can easily be changed if desired. The doors and blinds can also be operated by touching or by walking up to them.
Don't let my low prices lead you to believe these are slapped together boxes. I search SL and RL for the best textures I can find and spend many hours making each home as nice as I can. Look around and I'm certain you won't find a better home for the money.
All of my homes are copy/mod/no trans so you are free to make any changes you like to them. Some of the scripts are no mod and this will cause it to say no mod, but anything besides the scripts can be changed. If there is something you may want changed and don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, I will do my best to help out and make it your own personal home.
