In the Shelter Records, record shop and amature radio station. Great for that grungy sim, post apocolyptic, or urban area this little music store will blend right in.
Included with the store is everything you see pictured inside the store.

The build and most of the signage is conveniently packaged in a neat little rezzer box for easy placement, while I left the furnishings separate for individual taste and plasement.
All told the entire build furnishing and all is 121 Prims
W/O Furnishings it weighs in at 57 Prims. It is Partial Mesh/Partial Sculpt/ and a whole lot of grungy urban charm.
Oh and yes, it is copy/mod so customize away!
