This is a cool, grungy, yet simple house that I decided to make using a shipping container. It bears the wonderful Claxton Ad Farm logo on the container, has a permanently open door, an industrial ladder for entrance, and a scripted front "porch" light (just click on the light bulb and the light will turn off and on).
I wanted to create this to make available a grungy "house, or store room for all of my hobo friends, or those who are inspired by living in the grungy look that I do, as a long time SL hobo myself.
The item has a wonderful area underneath that is perfect for setting up other things, or just sink it into the ground if you do not want the metal frame visible. The whole thing is copy/mod/no trans, so play around with it, make copies, change textures, whatever. The pieces are mostly openly available textures and items, but I wanted to make it for those who may not have the time or ability to build for themselves, and yet still look cool as a unique home.
The structure measures approximately 12m Long x 6m Wide x 9mTall so it should fit about any parcel. Since it is prim based, it is 11 prims total, but if you edit it you can remove some things, or add to it as well.
This item IS copy/mod, but if for some reason it does not come that way to you, it is NOT my fault, but a fault in the delivery server of LL, so just send me a message or notecard and i will send you a version inworld, as is my policy.
