Also included is a shop counter with cash register and flower vase which is 2 Land Impact. (If desired, you can unlink and remove the cash register and flower vase, the counter by itself is only 1 LI)
The Shops are partial mesh, the counter is 100% mesh.

Description: Set of Three different size shops, all with brick exterior and neutral tone stucco interiors, wood shingle roof with metal trim, and wood floors. Large windows at the front of the shop and open doorway. Nice low-prim shops, use whatever size suits your needs. Copy/Mod so rez as many as you like, re-texture if desired.
PLEASE NOTE: This build is partly mesh and if you resize or unlink it, the land impact may increase. To properly view mesh, please set your LOD number to at least 4.
