This Shopping Center was actually built for myself. I wanted a nice big Shop for my sim.
I've paid attention to small details and use only high-quality textures.
The end result is a beautyful large Store.

If you look at the picture you see on both sides Water Fountains.
By clicking the Water Fountain, you get a Menu.
Using the menu you can set your own Effects to the Fountain.
You will realy like this.

At the entrance of the store you see a Group Joiner.
The Script is copy and mod, so you can change it easy to set on your own Group.
Exact details how to change the Script, you find in the Notecard.
If you have problems to change the script, send me a IM, then I change it for you.
But you will see, it s very easy to change.

Right next to the Group Joiner you see a Mailbox.
No need to change anything there. Onced you bought the store you set as Owner.

The size is 112.8 sqm x 93,6 sqm
All is copy and modify
