If you're looking for economy in space, prims and money, look no further.
This is a simple, but attractive build of retail shops, 4 in all, that are easy to rez and place. Each individual shop has two floors with matching textures, each floor is 10X10 meters. There are 4 units total. Included is a simple teleporter that you can set to access the upstairs and downstairs.
These come with modify and copy rights, which allows you rez as many as you like, and to modify them to suit your needs.
