The creation of this house is absolutely wonderful!!! The texture, design and space makes this a great buy and so much fun to decorate. Thanks Greymoon Designs love it.
Like the tardis of Dr Who
I recently decided to give up my very large parcel of land and move to a smaller. That meant buying a much smaller house and so my search began.
I will admit to seeing a house I liked rezzed on a sim I visited and I made a note of this builder. I was so glad I did because Kathy has a lovely selection of houses of all sizes, and none of them are expensive.
Sadly, the house that I really wanted was just a little too big for my parcel - it would not have given me much space for a garden - so I bought this Sienna House.
The display pictures here do not do justice to the quality of this build. It is much larger than it looks (although fits easily into a standard 48mx48m parcel with plenty of space for landscaping and a garden). Inside there are rooms and more rooms, an interesting design mixing traditional with modern, but it works splendily.
Land Impact is quite low and the build is modifiable, with plenty of space to rez furniture and pot plants, plenty of space to walk around, and some nice extras included with the bushes and trees.
What would I change if I could? I would site the rez box right next to the front of the propery, makes rezzing easier on a small parcel. I would make the ceilings a little higher, especially upstairs (a four poster bed is not going to fit - as I found out), and a fireplace would have been a nice addition - would also be good if Kathy put her fireplaces up for sale as separate items.
But this is definitely not a negative review, it is extremely positive. Am I pleased? Definitely. This is a perfect size and, as I say in the title, this house is like the tardis. Outside it looks compact, inside it seems to go on forever :)
I have already recommended Greymoon Designs and several people have already commented on how nice this house is - and I haven't even finished furnishing it yet. Go visit Kathy's sim and rez her houses, you will be glad you did.
