A signal halyard (rope with flags) with 20 flexible ensigns lined up on an invisible 20 m long rope. Great to decorate a vessel "over the tops" or to decorate a building or a flag mast.
You can add or remove flags or exchange textures or make the rope visible easily. The flags flutter and move with the SL wind.

Price is okay but unable to dress ship since you can't make it shorter or longer to fit the halyard.
