For People who like to have something different.. A modern designed A-Frame house.
the house is fully modifiable, so you can recolor or reshape it as you like.
I tried to keep the landimpact as low as possible, so you have more prims to spend for the decoration of your little paradise. I managed to keep it 35, but it might increase if you stretch it up ;-)
