Another modern designed small cabin or hut to place on small parcels or somewhere on a roleplay sim.
The cabin has high detailed parts, i tried to reduce the use of "just" textures, so that your new house stands out of other buildings.
the cabin is just 16 landimpact and does not need much space, now you have more prims to spend to decorate your place.
A little note, i designed it with my own avie height as a reference, my avie is 1.76 meters or in us terms aprox 5 foot and ten inch.. so after the build i scaled it a bit smaller, but if you think this is too small :-), just send me a message and i will give you the unscaled version. ( is also 16 land impact)
As the cabin is full modifiable you can resize it yourself too or recolor what you like, just keep in mind the land impact may rise and you might have to scale the the part textures too.
The cabin is also copy, but not transfer ( don't worrie if you mess one up ;-) )
you get one staircase and a flowerbox with it for decoration.
The plants and furniture are not included.
