Looking for a small house with low landimpact?
well here is a modern designed little cabin with space for a bed and a living... the cabin is based on the concept "tiny houses" in RL.. its rich detailed.. and i managed to keep the landimpact to 11, so its light.. and you have a lot of prims left for decoration.
Keep in mind that the landimpact will rise as you stretch it up, because its full mesh.
The plants and furniture are not included.
The cabin is copy and modifiable so you can recolor or rebuild it as you like..
