The item itself does nothing but should add a bit of color to any office-like space.

Each of the label tags on the front are UV-mapped to take an entire texture's space, for that extra bit of detail. Small resolution textures are recommended, however you can also put several labels onto one texture and use offsets and scale to save yourself some L and your visitor's texture memory.

As with most of my toony objects, you can shade the individual portions to match whatever color scheme you desire. Just go into edit mode, choose 'select face' and recolor away!
