** Touching the paper streamer only turns the star emitter off or on, (it will not turn the sound off or on)
-Paper Streamer #2 also has the Star Emitter..a touch turns on and off the star emitter. But no flexi or sound.

Tintable and great for photos.
Not 3D but still a perfect addition if you need some simple and quick party background clutter that won't have rendering distance problems for photos. This object IS a flat texture on a single prim. But with some editing, copying, and unchecking the "Stretch Textures" box, you can actually split this prim up into thinner pieces, like chunks of streamers to spread around the room for variety if you're looking for a more 3D effect or to fill a room. Also, setting the texture to Alpha Masking with a 150 cutoff is great if you have transparency issues with windows for example. Thanks to the creator for leaving providing this with mod perms.
