This Sim Restart Counter/Performance meter gives you a running report on your regions average Dilation, and FPS (Frame rate). It also keeps count of all of the exact times of restarts to your region. It will keep an endless tally, until you reset it.
I have found this device to be very useful in many ways. It is transferable, so you can pass it between accounts, or gift it to a friend/associate. Its form is modifiable, so it can be fitted to your liking.
