This is an efficient and low-load script for monitoring the health of a sim (aka region) over time. Unlike most sim monitoring items, it shows health over time which does a better job of catching issues.
It displays statistics for the previous minute, 5 minutes, hour, and day. It also shows the current sim uptime and how many crashes/restarts have been detected. It also shows how much during each time period the sim was "in the red", as in the bad performance would cause problems.
Simply drop it in any object that doesn't already use floating text and let it run!
