This is an interchangable pre made street sections great for building your own sim. It comes with 4 sections. 3 with road and 1 withought so you can add a park or a nice large building.

These are nice little sections if you want to add your own buildings to a build. Might have a little trouble getting them to match up in some configurations, plus I get a funky shimmering and partial disappearance of the road textures when I move my camera away from them much, which is necessary to place them properly. Otherwise, I'd have given them five stars. They're well worth $1 L, though, regardless.
