Hovering text is actually super simple to code, but I couldn't for the life of me find one that was free, so I made one. There's no bells and whistles, no dialogues or colour changing. You can change the text, and that's it. But it's free, and it hovers.
To enter your message, simply say /95 followed by your message. To create multiple lines, use \n at the end of each line.
