Super low prim with baked textures, for a professional and low lag presentation.
Shelves on all three walls, slightly deeper than the other merchant builds. Stone flooring, with a front step, and open loggia style roof, with two welcoming lanterns lighting the entrance.

Scaling up or down will change land impact.
This particular build is not so affected as some, and can be scaled quite a lot before there will be any change.
Base size 9.5M x 7.5M

Useless!
The mesh interior is nice but the prims on the outside look awful.
