The Simple Mesh Piles are made with accurate physics and easy texturing in mind.
The accurate physics could make them fun to use for off-roading or cover in combat.
An example is to turn them into a pile of snow during winter, or a pile of sand for the beach.
There's a total of 12 piles:
4x straight
4x normal piles
4x curved
Land impact is between 2 to 11, depending on scale.
Smaller scale means larger land impact for some.

These helped tremendously when building my winter area as many things I've used in the past had horrible physics, I was able to easily slide these in and add my texture :)
Great for hiding tunnels in scraggly terrain
With a little texture work and blending, you can almost forget where they are. Vehicles drive over it just fine too.
