1) you have to rez the object in the proper place
2) go in the content tab of the edit window
3) edit the notecard and place the right slideshow time (in seconds)
4) remove the two example textures
5) just drag and drop your images from your inventory in the content tab of the prim.
6) touch the reload button in the content tab
7) that's all! have fun!
You can add new textures when you want, or delete textures.
You can change the slideshow time in the notecard when you want, but you have to reload the content.
