Simple Tracking Spots V 1.51

All what you need for tracking spots is there ! All made system and all scritps to make your own system.

The system is simple and easy to setup !

What is there in the pack ?

You use the all made system :

There is a sensor ball you put where you want to detect avatars and spots to follow avatars.
There is a spot with group 1 parameter in notecard, you can copy it and change or keep same group.
To get the dialog just clic on the command HUD.
You get these commands :

* "Show/Hide" to show and hide the ball
* "Color" to set spots light color
* "Rand color" to set random spots light color
* "Alpha" to set alpha
* "Smoke" to start or stop smoke effect
* "Locking" to wait for and lock a list of avatars
* "Range Scan" to set range of the sensor detection
* "Range Spot" to set spot range detection
* "Length" to set spot light length
* "Radius" to set spot light radius
* "Scan" to scan avatars in the range (detection of at least 32 avatars)
* "End" to end avatar follow
* "Reset" to synchronise sensor with spots
* "Access" to manage access to command dialog

How to parameter notecards ?

There are notecards in command, sensor and spots
* Channel parameter : change it to avoid interaction with another system, put the same value in all notecards of your system !
* Group parameter for spots : you can group spots to get the same function, put the same group number for all spots of same group, you must put a group number even for an alone spot !

You want to create your own system ? Just follow theses instructions :

1) Create your spots and put the script "spot" in the spots inventory and the script "flip" in the light cones inventory
2) Create notecard "Config Spot" with these informations :
// Channel
channel number
// Group
group number
3) Put the notecard in the spots, you get the message "Config Notecard read. Spot waiting for setting."
4) Create the sensor object (just a ball prim without rotation) and put the script "sensor" in the sensor prim inventory
5) Create a notecard "Config Sensor" with these informations :
// Channel
channel number
6) Put the notecard in the sensor
7) Create an object command (it can be a HUD) and put the scripts "command" and "menumanager" in the inventory
8) Create a notecard "Config Command" with these informations :
// Channel
channel number
// Names (optional)
list of avatars names
9) Put the notecard in the command, you get the message "Setting spots, please wait."
7) Wait 14 seconds and you get the message "Setting done, Projo ready. Clic on object command to get dialog"

Your system is ready !
