Customizable simple motion neon.
Apply your favorite texture to the fluorescent tube section and change the glow value to your preferred style.
If you want to change the speed, you need to change the value of the script inside.
If you are not familiar with editing scripts but still want to change the speed, try increasing or decreasing the rightmost number in a line of five numbers separated by commas in increments of 0.1. (But only after you have made a copy!)
Three basic colors are enclosed: [rainbow], [orange], and [blue].
"Full Bright" can be applied to fluorescent tubes for an even brighter glow.
