TERMS of Service of FULL PERM Items and COPYRIGHT LICENSE (11/17)

- Items shall NOT be given for free. HOWEVER, You MAY use these products in hunt items, special event prize, group gift, or event gift, but only for a limited amount of time (31 DAYS MAX PER YEAR). Please do not make them permanently free.

- Please do not price an item below $50L. Please respect this as lower prices will only ruin the SL market for the both of us. - exception of this rule is for a limited time event.. EXAMPLES: One time group gift, month long hunt, limited time seasonal or weekend sale (MAX for all of the above is 31 days a year)

- You can NOT sell my items as stand alone items with original textures (if included), or AO maps that you received. You may only resell item/items after changing the creation as part of your build. Adding a single transparent prim or a simple shadow to show you as creator is not changing the build. The new build needs to be significantly different from the original and/or part of bigger project.

- You can NOT re-packaging and/or re-sell item/items as FULL PERM Copy/Mod/Trans or Copy/Trans in Second Life or on Marketplace.

- One item can be licensed to only one avatar , including alts, without the written permission from the creator.

- Uploading to other grids without the written consent of the creator is NOT allowed.

- You shall not give away, sell or share the textures.

- No refunds will be offered on any full perm items

- Simply Shelby reserves the right to refuse to sell license of full permission products to individuals when/if necessary.

- Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Violations of the license will be reported to Linden Labs under the American DCMA Copyright Act. Other legal actions will follow if deemed necessary .
