The Sith Titler attaches to the right eye.
Unlike normal titlers, the wearer is not able to set the title. Instead the titler will, at random time intervals, allow others around the wearer to set the title for them. The wearer does have some control though. The wearer has the following options available to them:
/22 color color-to-use
This command will set the color that the title will be displayed in. The available color options are: black, white, gray, dark gray, red, dark red, green, dark green, blue, dark blue, cyan, dark cyan, yellow, dark yellow, purple, dark purple, pink.
/22 channel channel-for-owner-commands
Set the channel that will be used by the wearer of the titler to issue their personal commands.
/22 add name
Add the specified avatar name to an internal list of avatars who will not be allowed to set your title. This should only be used for someone who really abuses the priviledge.
/22 remove name
Remove the specified avatar name from the internal exclusion list.
/22 removeall
Remove all of the names from the internal exclusion list.
Every 15 to 45 minutes, the titler will announce to the people around you that they have 1 minute to change your title, and will specify a random channel to use to set the channel.
