Nice full permission skateboard listed for your consideration. The skateboard is 100% mesh and comes with all maps required. Two versions are included, the first being 3 Prim, 2 LI - The second being 1 Prim, 1 LI.
The 3 prim version has seperate trucks and a seperate board, the 1 prim version is all joined but has seperate texture faces for each truck and the board.

Neither version has seperate wheels, however these could be used as part of a build such as in a backpack, or scripted to be carried, or simply as decor around a room, hung on a wall, etc.
