In this package :
- a pose ball. To use it, just rez it and click to sit or right click to sit on it
- The bvh animation to use the pose inworld without rezzing rights

To run the BVH animation without rezzing, dubble click on the BVH file in this package and click run inworld.

For best results please turn off your AO.
