For making skins you already own paler or colored, and saving L$ by not having to buy yet another skin tone. Yes, I am a cheapskate, when I'm not dropping loads of L$ on whoop-dee-doo, lol.
How to use this item:
Put on your skin of choice. Add the overlay of your choice. If you're not pale enough, add a more opaque version of it.
Then add your make-up, freckles, eyebrows, and anything else.
Naturally this only works with BoM-enabled avatars, or system avatars.
I'm including both tattoo layers and universal layers. If your head is mapped as per EvoX, you will want to use the universal layer, to make sure your ears get covered. Big thanks to Orwar for pointing that out to me. Also a big thank-you to Yunahudson for letting me know this can work with Genus 4K heads, as well (I only recently got an EvoX-UV head myself, so I'm still new to this "differently-mapped heads" thing).
It's full-perms, so you can mod it. Like, if you need to do something with the left leg tattoo slot and my overlay interferes with it, you can just edit the overlay to fix it. Probably.
It's all tintable, so you can be any color you like (I use pale blue for my Vampirina cosplay). You can simply tint it to any shade you like and tweak it until it looks right.
This means you can use it as a pale layer, OR a suntan layer. Or an alien skin tone layer. Whatever works.
If your skin is dark, and you want a tinted overlay to be lighter or show the tint better, slap a pale layer on and then put on the tinted layer, and it will show the color better. It's like using primer before painting.
I normally only use the 25% opaque layer myself, but sometimes you might want to go paler than that without adding another layer, so I'm including three opacities, 25%, 50%, and 75%. Anything else and you might as well simply paint yourself with house paint, lol.

I was upset because my tint layers weren't working with my Genus 4K head, looks like here is the solution! Very grateful <3 Just a hint to you people, when editing it won't display in the head, but after you end it, you will see that it covers properly all your avatar.
